1. Acceptance

By accessing our website or booking/engaging any service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Bookings, Engagements & Payments

Tourism & Charters

• • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of an advance payment.
  • Balance can be settled onboard (cash or card).
  • Prices may change without notice, but confirmed bookings remain valid.

Registration & Compliance

• • Engagements may require a written quotation and upfront payment/retainer.
  • Government and third-party fees (classification, inspections, authority charges) are non-refundable.
  • Timelines are indicative and subject to authority approvals.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Tourism & Charters

• • Free cancellation if informed at least 12 hours before the trip.
  • Cancellations within 12 hours incur 50% charge.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations incur 100% charge.
  • If we cancel due to weather or authority directives, rescheduling or refund will be offered.

Registration & Compliance

• • Once work has commenced (document review, submission, technical drafting), fees may be partially or fully non-refundable.
  • Authority fees and external costs cannot be refunded.

4. Client Responsibilities

• • Provide accurate documents and information.
  • For charters, guests must carry valid ID and follow crew safety instructions.
  • Arun Marine Services will not be liable for injuries or loss of belongings due to negligence.
  • Any damage to yachts or equipment caused by guests will be charged.

5. Liability

• • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
  • Nothing excludes liability for gross negligence or matters required under UAE law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and branding on this website belong to Arun Marine Services. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with Dubai courts having exclusive jurisdiction.
